Is God Answering Your Concerns?

A man experienced something while at work one day that was worth sharing with others. This man had a concern that has been plaguing him for quite sometime and he began to wonder whether or not if God was hearing his prayers. At times in his life, he would often go on throughout his day as if this concern is no big deal, when in reality it was.

Let me encourage you with this scripture:

The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me - Psalm 138:8

Another scripture that I would like to share with you comes from a story about David who inquired the Lord year after year for three years concerning a famine that was in the land. To inquire means to keep bringing a concern before the Lord. David never stopped praying for the famine to end and never stopped asking God why did they had to be apart of this famine? God finally answered him.

Then there was a famine in the days of David three years, year after year; and David inquired of the LORD. And the LORD answered, It is for Saul, and for his bloody house, because he slew the Gibeonites - 2 Samuel 21:1(a)

I have learned that when it comes to me having BIG concerns in my life, I must fight to keep this concern in prayer before the Lord and t keep asking God why until I get answers to what I need to know or do.

This word was NOT just for me, but for someone else out there in the world who don't quite know what to do when having concerns. Sooner or later, God will provide you with the reason why and what to do to make things right.
